What is the difference between Vector and Raster files for printing?
Vector files (like AI, EPS, SVG) are mathematically defined and can be scaled infinitely without losing quality, making them ideal for logos, signage, and large-format printing. Raster files (like JPG, PNG, GIF) are made of pixels and can become blurry or "pixelated" if scaled too large. We always prefer high-resolution vector files for the best results.
How long does the logo design and branding process typically take?
A full logo design and brand identity project usually takes 1 to 7 days, depending on the complexity and the number of revision rounds required. Simple graphic design tasks or modifications may take a day. We provide a detailed project timeline once the scope is defined.
Can you match my existing brand colors precisely on different materials?
We strive for precise color matching. When ordering, please provide your design files with the correct CMYK (for printing) or HEX/RGB (for digital use) codes, and specify the Pantone color if available. Note that final color appearance can vary slightly depending on the material (e.g., fabric vs. vinyl).

Do I need to pay a deposit before work begins?
Yes, for all new design and production orders, we require a 50% deposit to secure your slot, cover material costs, and begin the work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery or installation.
